1) General
What is Trenderz?
Trenderz is a platform that allows businesses (hotels, restaurants, beauty salons, leisure and entertainment venues, etc.) to attract more customers by collaborating with local and international influencers and content creators. They come to experience your business, share it on their social media with a reservation link/code, and you receive trackable reservations.
Who can use Trenderz?
Establishments: hotels, guest houses, furnished residences, restaurants, hair/beauty salons, spas, activities/tours, events, concerts, etc.
Creators: From nano to macro influencers, UGC creators, who share travel/food/lifestyle/discovery content, both local and international.
Do you operate throughout Africa?
The application is currently available throughout French-speaking Africa (Ivory Coast, Senegal, Cameroon, Congo, Benin, Morocco, etc.).
2) For Establishments (Hotels/Restos/...)
How does it work in practice?
1. Create your business page for free here with reservation tracking on Trenderz.
2. Publish an exclusive offer to encourage reservations, which creators will share (e.g., discount on price, free product, etc.).
3. Creators apply to experience and promote your business.
4. They publish content with a reservation link/code.
5. You receive confirmed reservations, 100% trackable.
How much does it cost?
Nothing to pay upon registration.
- For hotels, activities, events, beauty salons/spas: you pay a 12% commission on each reservation honored and paid for by the customer.
- For restaurants: you pay a fixed fee of 3,000 FCFA (≈ $5.40) per reservation honored and paid for by the customer, regardless of the number of guests.
👉No subscription, no fixed fees.
You only pay if a customer books and consumes.
How are we billed?
Here's how the Trenderz commission is collected:
- When a customer books through Trenderz, a deposit equivalent to the commission is taken online.
- This deposit corresponds to the Trenderz commission (12% or 3,000 FCFA for restaurants).
- The customer receives a reservation voucher (with their name, the date, and a unique code).
- Upon arrival, they present this voucher to the establishment and only pay the remaining balance (total price – deposit already paid).
- The establishment therefore keeps 100% of the balance, without having to pay the commission afterwards.
👉 This simplifies management: no invoices to settle or transfers to plan, the commission is already settled at the time of booking.
Do I need a website to receive bookings?
No.
Trenderz generates a reservation page for you free of charge, with all the information about your establishment and your conditions (deposit, cancellation, confirmation WhatsApp, etc.).
Can I choose the influencers/creators?
Yes.
You receive applications from influencers and content creators, and you are free to validate only the reservations of those who suit you. Each creator has a profile with: audience, content style, geolocation, etc...
What if no one books?
You pay nothing.
Trenderz is a 100% performance-based solution.
No customers = no cost.

How can I find out where my bookings/customers come from?
Each influencer uses a unique link or promo code that directs to your Trenderz-provided booking page.
We track bookings automatically.
You can see who brought each customer from your dashboard.
What happens in the event of a cancellation/no-show?
What content do creators publish?
They can, of course, do much more to earn more commission.
We encourage authenticity and audience/venue fit.
Can I change/withdraw an offer/cancel my subscription/deactivate my account?
You can modify your offer (availability, quotas, conditions, visuals) or deactivate your account at any time.
You can do this from your profile settings.
All current offers will be stopped, but confirmed reservations will still be honored, and payments will be processed.
What do I do if a collab doesn't go well or I'm not satisfied with the content of the creator?
- Report it to Trenderz: you can write to us at admin@trenderz.io to describe the situation (non-compliant content, bad experience, etc.).
- Feedback on the designer: after each collaboration, you can leave a review and a rating for the designer. These ratings influence the creator's score and visibility on the platform.
- Content removal request: if a piece of content is clearly inappropriate, misleading or does not comply with the terms and conditions, the establishment can request its removal via Trenderz. We intervene in accordance with our terms and conditions and moderate the dispute.
- Prevention: establishments always retain the right to select creators before a collab. You can therefore avoid most risks from the outset.
👉 In short: you have a right of review, a notification system, and the possibility of requesting intervention if necessary.
3) For Influencers/Creators
Who can become a Trenderz designer?
Any creator/UGC with qualitative content and a real audience (even if small) that is local/relevant to establishments.
How does it work for me as a designer?
Does it pay to be a designer/influencer?
Registration and use of Trenderz is 100% free for creators.
You pay nothing to create your profile.
You pay nothing to apply for offers.
You pay nothing to collaborate with establishments.
On the contrary:
You benefit from free experiences (meals, nights, activities...).
You earn commission on every booking made thanks to your link or code.
Do I need a lot of subscribers?
How much do I earn per collaboration?
- For hotels, activities, events: you'll receive 5% of the amount of any reservation made (stay/night, activity ticket, event ticket, etc.).
- For restaurants: you'll receive 1,000 FCFA (≈ $1.80) per reservation made.
How do I get paid on Trenderz?
- Your monthly report is available with details of the bookings generated.
- Commissions are calculated only on bookings honoured and paid for by customers (excluding cancellations/no-shows).
- Payment of your commissions is made between the 5th and 10th of the following month.
Example: bookings made in March are paid between the 5th and 10th of April.
How do I pay?
Trenderz does not cover actual network charges .
What if a reservation is cancelled or refunded after the fact?
If it has already been paid, it will be settled in the following month's payment (transparent clawback in your report).
